01The artwork

Every piece is an original, handmade work of art, one of a kind. Because each is made by hand, small natural variations in texture, thread, and color are part of the work and are not defects. Colors may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen.

02Prices & payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is made in full via Zelle to reserve a piece — there is no partial deposit. A piece is only held for you after the payment is received and verified; until then, availability is not guaranteed and pieces are sold on a first-paid basis.

03Order confirmation

After you send your Zelle payment and place the order, Julian reviews the payment and confirms your order by email. If a payment cannot be verified, the order will not be confirmed and any funds received in error will be returned.

04Made-to-order & custom commissions

Some pieces are made to order, and custom commissions (a piece in a different size, or a new idea) are welcome. These begin only after we agree on the price, size, and details. Production time varies and is communicated for each piece. Custom work may require full or partial payment upfront and is non-refundable once production has started, as it is made specifically for you.

05Pickup & delivery

Pickup in San Francisco is free and arranged by email. Local delivery within San Francisco is $20; delivery to other cities is $30. Please provide an accurate delivery address — Musa Rara is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address or by the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you once the piece is delivered or picked up.

06Returns & refunds

Because every piece is an original, handmade, and often made-to-order artwork, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. The only exception is a piece that arrives damaged in transit (see below).

07Damaged or lost pieces

If your piece arrives damaged, please email musa.rara.art@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving it, with photos of the piece and packaging. We will work with you in good faith on a repair, replacement, or other fair resolution where possible.

08Copyright

Julian Catzim retains all copyright and reproduction rights to every piece. Purchasing an artwork gives you the right to own and display it for personal, non-commercial use. It may not be reproduced, resold commercially, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

09Privacy

The information you provide (name, email, phone, address, and any images you attach) is used only to process your order or answer your inquiry. It is never sold or shared with third parties.
